Brooke Hewartson scored eight goals to lead Ferrum College to a 15-10 non-conference women's lacrosse win tTuesday afternoon over Lake Erie College in Myrtle Beach.

The game was part of Ferrum's Spring Break '10 trip to South Carolina.  The Panthers even their record at 1-1 with the win.

Ferrum is scheduled to play next on Saturday and Sunday, March 6-7, at home.  The Panthers face LaGrange College Saturday at 1 p.m. and Agnes Scott Sunday at 11 a.m.  Both institutions are new additions
