Blue Demons Participate In Two 7-on-7 Scrimmages |

The Christiansburg Blue Demons recently participated in two 7-on-7 football scrimmages and came away with winning records in both events.
On Saturday, June 27, the Blue Demons traveled to Amherst County High School to participate in their second tournament of the summer. Christiansburg finished third in the 14-team tournament with a 5-2 mark. On Wednesday, June 24, Christiansburg headed to Galax for its first tournament-ever. The Blue Demons finished in the top eight with a 4-4 record. Christiansburg opens its 2009 season on August 28 at Floyd County. Kick-off is at 7:30 p.m.
