Eleven-year-old Christopher Zhang of Blacksburg returned his second straight round of 75 and won the closely-contested boys’ 10-11 age division by one stroke in the 6th Virginia State Golf Association Youth Championship, which concluded Thursday afternoon at Independence Golf Club. The event included 62 boys and girls, ages 13 and under.
