Quotes
Mississippi Manager Kenneth Seymour
“We had to play small ball because their pitching was unbelievable. We got deep in the game and that was the only thing we had left to do. We have practiced that a lot and it paid off today. They are a great team and both teams laid it on the line in this game but somebody had to lose and somebody had to win.”
South Carolina coach was not available for comment.
