The Shawnee Swim Club swept both the girls and boys division, as they claimed the Southwest Virginia Swim League title Tuesday evening at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center.

In the girls division, Shawnee Swim Club outdistanced second-place finisher Blacksburg Country Club, 1730 to 1265. Meadows Swim Club finished third with 966 points, followed by Ridgewood (768), Hethwood (493) and Blacksburg Aquatic Center (433).

In the boys division, Shawnee swam away from second-pace finisher Ridgewood, 1152 to 824. Hethwood finished third with 822 points, followed by Blacksburg Country Club (693), Meadows (630) and Blacksburg Aquatic Center (573).                         

The combined team scores saw Shawnee finish first with 3.064 points, followed by Blacksburg Country Club (2134), Meadows (1754), Ridgewood (1712), Hethwood (1429) and Blacksburg Aquatic Center (1154).
