The Christiansburg Department of Parks and Recreation is currently taking registration for all Adult Basketball leagues. The leagues offered are Mens and Women’s Fastbreak Open League, Slowbreak Open, 30 and over Slowbreak, Womens Slowbreak  and Slowbreak Church. Registration has been extended to Friday, Dec. 9

North Roanoke Little League Vipers took on the Botetourt Little League Broncos in the 29th Annual Jim Carroll Regional Sandlot Football Super Bowl championships last Saturday at the Salem Stadium. The Vipers defeated the Broncos 20-8 to become the 2011 Regional Little League Sandlot Super Bowl Champions.
