Lord Botetourt continues to hold down the top spot in the Blue Ridge District golf standings, as the Cavaliers won another district mini-tournament Thursday at the par-72 Hanging Rock.

The Cavaliers finished with a team score of 307, followed by Rockbridge County (308), Northside (319), William Byrd (326), Staunton River (339) and Alleghany (365).

Mark Shaner of Rockbridge County took medalist honors with a round of 71.
