Lord Botetourt remains perfect in Blue Ridge District girls' basketball action, as the Cavaliers claimed a 62-42 win over Northside Friday night in Roanoke.

The Cavaliers (14-3, 5-0 BRD), who held a 29-16 lead at the half, continued to control the game in the second half, as they cruised to the 20-point road win.

Emily Wampler led Lord Botetourt with a game-high 17 points and Meghan Catron scored 10 points.

Karlie Pope paced Northside (6-9, 2-3 BRD) with nine points.
