Carla Anderson notched a double-double, as she led Northside to a 60-38 non-district girls basketball win over Cave Spring Thursday night in Roanoke.

The Vikings (1-1), who led 29-21 at the break, outscored the Knights (0-2) 23-6 in the third quarter in running away with the 22-point victory.

Cassi Parulis led Cave Spring with 10 points.

Carla Anderson led Northside with 10 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks. Emily Rawlings tossed 12 points and Taylor Carter finished with 10 points.
