Northside used a strong fourth quarter to pull away for a 62-46 non-district girl's basketball win over Cave Spring Tuesday night in Roanoke.
The Vikings (2-3), who held a 39-34 lead after three quarters, outscored the Knights (0-6) 23-12 in the fourth quarter to pull away for the 16-point road win.
Melanie Mirzayan paced Northside with a game-high 21 points. Taylor Carter scored 13 points, and Emily Rawlings contributed 10 points.
Taylor Asimakopoulos led Cave Spring with 14 points and Jourdan Markey finished with 13 points.
