Rockbridge remained unbeaten on the year, as the Wildcats cruised to a lopsided 76-49 non-district boys' basketball win over rival Parry McCluer Thursday night in Lexington.
The Wildcats (8-0) jumped out to a 14-9 first quarter lead and by the time the half rolled around, held a 40-18 halftime advantage. Things didn't get any better for the Fighting Blues (4-2) in the second half, as Rockbridge continued to dominate in the 27-point victory.
Morgan Anderson led Parry McCluer with 10 points.
Andrew Rowsey led Rockbridge County with a game-high 37 points, including seven 3-pointers.
