Rockbridge County placed three players in double-figures, as the Wildcats claimed a 65-58 non-district boys' basketball win over Amherst County Friday night in Lexington.

The Wildcats, who held a 31-23 advantage at the break, methodically pulled away in the second half to claim the seven-point victory.

Jeremy Darby led Amherst County with 31 points.

Andrew Rowsey led Rockbridge County with a game-high 33 points. Javon Cress posed 15 points, Devonte Branche tossed in 11 points and Jalyn Brown pulled down 15 rebounds.
