In Blue Ridge District volleyball action, William Byrd claimed a 25-19, 25-15 and 25-20 over Staunton River Thursday night in Vinton.
Autumn Vineyard led the Terriers (10-9, 5-4 BRD) with 11 kills and three blocks.Kristen Watson posted 20 assists and three aces, Rachel Eberhart's notched10 digs, while Shannon Kelley finished with sven kills and three digs.
The Golden Eagles fell to 6-12 overall and 0-8 in the district.
