William Byrd placed two players in double-figures, as the Terriers ran past Alleghany 59-40 in Blue Ridge District girls' basketball action Tuesday night in Low Moor.

The Terriers took an early 26-15 lead at the half. They continued to have the upper-hand in the second half, as they pulled away for the 19-point road win.

Alexis Ratliff led William Byrd with a game-high 12 points and Maggie Self finished with 10 points.

Kelsey Brown paced Alleghany with 11 points.
