Patrick County suffered its second baseball loss of the season Franklin county 9-7 in non-district action to Franklin County.

Franklin County was led by Kyle Hunt who had two hits including a two-run homer in the 6th. Hunt also scored three times. Gabe Jones, Greg Holley

Gunter Bowling, Bryan Scalf, and Andrew Davis also added one hit each.

The Cougars (3-2) were led by Evan Marshall, Tyler Belcher, Chase Davis, and Nick Dalton who each had two hits a piece. Marshall added a first inning home run.
