Hannah Helbert recorded 17 digs, 13 service points and seven aces to help lead Patrick County from a two-set deficit, as the Cougars rallied to down Floyd County 22-25, 22-25, 25-12, 25-17 and 15-9 non-district volleyball win Tuesday night in Stuart.
Kristy Bowers had 20 service points, eight aces and 10 digs, Deleigh Barbour had 16 kills and four blocks, Kalayna Cassady added 13 kills and nine digs and Ginna Williams finished with 39 assists for the Cougars (3-3).
Katelyn Vaughn led the Buffaloes with 17 assists, seven kills, two blocks and two digs, Bailey Long had three aces, seven kills and nine blocks, Rina VanBlerk had five aces, two kills and one block, and Emily Gruver finished with two aces, five kills, nine blocks and three digs.
In the JV match, the Little Lady Buffaloes won 25-19 and 25-17.
Brooke Conner led Floyd County with 4-for-5 serving and one ace, Tamra Quesenberry was 6-for-7 for hitting with one kill, Mckenzie Klatka was 6-for-7 serving with two aces, Delia Walker had a block and Billie Quesenberry was 10-for-11 serving with two aces.
