Patrick County improved to 3-1 in the Piedmont District, as the Cougars defeated Tunstall 25-11, 25-18 and 26-24 in volleyball action Tuesday night in Stuart.

Hannah Hlebert led the Cougars (9-4, 3-1) with 16 kills and three aces. Logan Martin tallied 14 digs and 10 serice points, Kendra Hall and Tkeyah Hines added six kills and two blocks apiece, while Ginna Williams finished with 18 assists.
