Amelia Walters notched 14 kills and four aces, as she helped lead Bath County to a 25-17, 25-15 and 25-11 win over Covington in the semifinals of the Region C, Division 1 volleyball tournament Wednesday night at Eastern Montgomery High School.

Bath County will meet Galax at 7:30 p.m. tonight in the championship match at Eastern Montgomery High School.

Amanda Shiflett had nine kills and eight aces and Ashley Price had 34 assists for the Chargers.

As a team, Bath County tallied 15 aces.

Lateashia Clarke led the Cougars with five kills and five blocks and Daylyn Tyree had seven assists and three kills.
