James River used a strong third quarter, as the Knights pulled away with a 64-51 non-district girls' basketball win over host Northside Wednesday night.
The Vikings (8-14), who held a slim 24-23 halftime lead, saw the Knights (19-3) go on a 21-10 run in the third quarter to take a 44-34 advantage into the fourth quarter. James River continued to hold the upper-hand in the final eight minutes, as they pulled away for the 13-point road win.
Ashley King led James River with a game-high 19 points, while Reanna Hamm had 18 points and Taylor England added 10 points.
Emma Wade led Northside with 12 points.
