Bath County jumped out to early lead and never looked back, as the Chargers ran away with a 59-41 Pioneer District girls' basketball win over Parry McCluer Thursday night in Hot Springs.
The Chargers (6-7, 1-2 ) staked out to a 28-11 halftime lead and continued to have the upper-hand in the second half to claim the 18-point victory.
Whitney Lewis led Parry McCluer (1-13, 1-3) with 15 points.
Mikayla Colaw paced Bath County with a game-high 16 points. Alexa Faraone chipped in with 14 points and Kayla Lindsay scored 11 points.
