Zack Stinnett scored his 1,000th career-point, as he helped lead Parry McCluer to a 75-52 Pioneer District boys' basketball win over Craig County Thursday night in Buena Vista.

The Blues (14-4, 7-1) cruised out to a comfortable 41-22 halftime lead. Parry McCluer continued to have its way with the Rockets (2-14, 1-6) in the second half, en route to the 23-point win.

Andy McCarty paced Craig County with a game-high 21 points and Derek Persinger scored 11 points.

Zach Stinnett led Parry McCluer with 13 points. Conrad Patterson had 12 points, Charlie Fitzgerald tossed in 11 points and Sam Armstrong added 10 points.
