Cave Spring rode out to an early lead and continued to pull away, as the Knights took a 75-46 victory over visiting Martinsville in the semifinals of the Region IV, Div. 3 boys' basketball tournament Wednesday night .

Cave Spring (15-11) will host Abingdon in the championship game Friday night at Cave Spring High school.

The Knights, who held a 38-28 advantage at the break, outscored the Bulldogs (11-15) 17-9 in the third quarter and 20-9 in the fourth quarter, as they cruised to the 29-point win.

Armin Abuhawaas led Cave Spring with a game-high 18 points. Aaron Cupp tossed in 12 points and Ryan Gladfelter finished with 10 points.
