+3 #5 Class Act, NopeWillie 2010-09-02 07:42
The girls basketball coach runs the score up every chance he gets. He beat East Mont by more than 100 points and other teams by 50 or more. Now, that's what I call a class act. Nope, Not realy.

Let's see...Christiansburg was up 26-0 and does an onside kick...you call that unsportsmanlike ...I call it Floyd finding out what it feels like...Perhaps the Football program does not work like that, but why don't you go and talk to the Girl's Basketball coach and ask him what his motives are when he keeps a FULL COURT Press for the entire game, beating the competition by almost 100 points...What goes around comes around...Hahahaha!!!!

Coach cromer did everything necessary to win Fri, and put his team in postion to win on next Fri.The onsides kick gives every opponet they play something else to work on besides the normal offense and defense. Floyd never adjusted to the onsides formation. If they had it is always better to be tested early in a game they had control of than to be in a game vs Salem, or Cave Spring trying to figure out adjustments. Also they did not get all the onside attempts that left there defense to defend a short field. The defense respond to that challenge very well. The big picture is Christiansburg Football learning from past mistakes and making changes. Tim Cromer and his staff are going to put pressure on every team they face. Unmatched team or not the demons took 1 step towards reaching the goal Friday night sending a message. I gained respect for coach cromer and his staff by them outcoaching a veteran floyd county staff and his players taking care buisess as they should have.

lost alot of respect for coach cromer, onside kick up 20-0 unmatched team was iffy, but to do again at 26-0 is uncalled for.
