Will Gooding scored both goals for Hidden Valley, as they defeated Cave Spring, 2-1, in overtime in the semifinals of the River Ridge District boys soccer tournament Wednesday night at Bogle Field in Roanoke.

After a scoreless first half, the Knights would get on the scoreboard first when Pratick Mody sent the ball sailing into the back of the net.

The Titans would then tie the game at 1-all on Gooding's first goal of the evening. He would then score the game-winner in the first overtime to send Hidden Valley into the championship game Friday night.

The Titans (14-2-2) now meets Blacksburg, a 3-0 winner over Salem, for the tournament title at 7 p.m. Friday night at Bogle Field.
