Twelve different players got into the scoring act, as Pulaski County claimed an easy 68-11 victory against Pathway Christian Academy in the opening round of the Cougar Clash Monday night in Dublin.
The Cougars (2-7) would race out to a 21-2 lead after the opening quarter and increase their advantage to 41-4 at the half. Pulaski County would continue to have its way with the Panthers (3-3) in the seconed half, as they outscored their guests 27-7, en route to the easy 68-11 victory.
Kasey Holcomb and Daisy Ball paced Pulaski County with 10 points each. Kelli Duncan pulled down 12 rebounds.
Pulaski County plays Graham at 7:30 p.m. tonight in the second round, while Pathway Christian meets Patrick Henry.
