The Cave Spring girls and Hidden Valley boys swam away from its competition, as they claimed River Ridge District swim titles Tuesday night at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center.

In the girls' meet, the Knights racked up 156 points. Hidden Valley was second with 123 points, followed by Blacksburg 82, Salem 61, Pulaski County 57 and Christiansburg 55.

On the boys' side of the pool, the Titans tallied 157 points, followed by Salem 125, Blacksburg 117, Cave Spring 63, Christiansburg 42 and Pulaski County 19.

The Region IV swim meet will be held next Tuesday evening at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center.
