With their sights set on an 11th-straight Group AA state title, the Christiansburg wrestling team will start defense of their district and regional crowns this Saturday, as the River Ridge District wrestling tournament gets underway at Pulaski County High School.

The first round hits the mats at 10:30 a.m. The semi-finals start at 12 p.m., with the complete consolations following at 1:30 p.m. The championship finals are scheduled for a 3 p.m. start.

Blacksburg, Cave Spring, Hidden Valley, Pulaski County and Salem will also be looking to qualify for next week's Region IV tournament.

The price of admission is $7 for all day.
