After falling behind a game, Salem battled back to defeated Lord Botetourt 23-25, 25-20, 25-20 and 26-24 in non-district volleyball action Monday night in Daleville.

Carleigh Studtmann led the Spartans (8-1) with 10 kills and nine blocks. Kim DeGidio contributed 18 digs, while Savannah Stevens added eight kills, eight digs and 23 assists.

Erin Lee paced the Cavaliers (8-4) with 18 digs. Meaghan Catron had 10 digs. Brooke Fuhrey posted 10 kills, while Michelle Kimble finished with eight kills.
