Alex Paxton recorded 13 kills and 12 digs, as she help lead Salem to a 25-21, 25-17 and 25-9 non-district volleyball win over visiting William Byrd Wednesday night.

Barrett Kemp had seven kills and five blocks, whil Katie Helver tallied 27 assists for the Spartans (2-2).

The Terriers fell to 0-3.
