Carroll County held host Richlands to six first-half points, as the Cavaliers ran away with a 51-29 Southwest District girls' basketball win Saturday.

The Cavaliers rode out to a commanding 29-6 halftime lead and continued to have their way in the second half to claim the 22-point road win.

Lindsey Martin and Crysta Guynn led Carroll County with 12 points each.
