Three different players got into the scoring act, as the Eagles flew away with a 3-0 Three Rivers District boys' soccer win over Floyd County Thursday night in Riner.
Senior Josh Underwood scored the first Eagle (6-3, 2-1) goal and also had an assist for the second. Sophomore Josh Mann scored the second goal and junior captain John Knowlton scored the third Eagle goal, with an assist by Freshman Zach Hopper.
Junior Volodymir Phillips had seven saves in the goal for the shut out.
"We had great defensive work and saves by Junior Andrew Young," said Auburn head coach Jacquelyn McCarthy.
