Shawn Christian passed for 197 yards and Michael Shelor ran for 130 yards, as Eastern Montgomery trampled Narrows, 48-6, Friday night in Elliston.
The Mustangs galloped out to a 26-6 halftime lead behind a 7-yard run from Shelor, a 6-yard run by Christian, and a 13-yard and 31-yard pass from Christian to Brad Wooten.
The Green Wave (0-2) would score in the second quarter when Brock Lusk connected with Wesley Ferguson on a 25-yard pass.
In the third quarter, Shelor scored from 28 yards out and Christian ran for 43 yards to make it 42-6.
A 16-yard scamper by Christian Leonard in the fourth quarter would make the final, 48-6, East Mont.
Christian finished with an 8-for-13 night, passing for a pair of touchdowns and running for another two. Shelor had 11 carries and two touchdowns.
Brock Lusk led Narrows with a 4-for-13 night for 81 yards and a touchdown.
