Floyd County turned a four-run deficit into a 6-5 Three Rivers District softball win against Auburn Thursday afternoon in Riner.

The Eagles (9-8, 4-3 TRD), who led 5-1 after five innings, saw the Buffaloes (13-3, 7-1 TRD) come back with a three-run homer by Christene Phillips in the top of the sixth and an RBI single by Britt in the seventh inning to rally back for the 6-5 win.

Karlee Pendleton led Floyd County with three hits and an RBI. Aimee Royall added three hits and Phillips had two hits.

Sarah Smith led Auburn with two hits, two runs scored and an RBI.
