Floyd County closed out the regular season with a 60-27 Three Rivers District girls' basketball win over visiting Radford Thursday night.
The Buffaloes (21-1, 10-0 TRD), who will have the top seed in the district tournament, as well as clinching an automatic berth to the Region C tournament, staked out to a 16-8 first quarter lead and had extended their advantage to 31-11 at the break. Floyd County continued to have its way in the second half in running away with the 33-point win.
Riley Harvey paced Radford (6-14, 4-5 TRD) with a game-high 11 points.
Krista Cox, Amanda Hollandsworth and Jordan Nolan led Floyd County with eight points each.
