In a battle for the top spot, Giles defeated Glenvar by two strokes to win a Three Rivers District mini-tournament at the Par-72 River Course in Radford Thursday.

Giles finished with a 319, followed by Glenvar (321), Auburn 345, Radford 346, Floyd 349 and Eastern Montgomery 533.

Tanner Carbaugh of Giles took medalist honors with a round of 76.
