An 11-yard pass from Levi Mullins to Markel Jones as time expired, propel Glenvar to an exciting 48-46 Three Rivers District win over visiting Radford Friday night.
With Radford (3-5, 2-1 TRD) leading 46-42 with 25 seconds remaining, Shaquille Bonds returned a punt 74 yards to the Bobcats' 11-yard line with two seconds left. Mullins then hit Jones from 11-yards out to give the Highlanders (3-5, 1-2 TRD) a stunning 48-46 win.
The Bobcats had taken a 46-42 lead with7:04 in the final quarter on a 46-yard touchdown run by Hunter Marshal and Caleb Findley's PAT.
Radford, who racked up 527 yards of offense, was led by Hunter Marshall's 181 yards on 14 carries and three TDs. R.J. Jordan added 148 yards on nine carries.
Glenvar, who tallied 423 yards of total offense, was led by Levi Mullins, who completed 12-of-20 passes for 239 yards.
