Glenvar placed three players in double-figures, as the Highlanders cruised to a 65-40 Three Rivers District girls' basketball win over visiting Auburn Thursday night.
The Highlanders (16-3, 6-1 TRD) took a 17-7 lead after the initial quarter and increased their advantage to 27-12 at the break. The Eagles (5-9, 0-5 TRD) continued to struggle offensively in the second half, as Glenvar came away with the 25-point home win.
Brooke Bostwick led Auburn with 17 points.
Kayla DeHart led Glenvar with a game-high 22 points. Jessi Strom tossed in 16 points and Kelsey Meador added 12 points.
