Rick Cormany hit the No. 500 milestone Thursday night, as Radford cruised to an easy 74-55 non-district boys' basketball win over visiting Carroll County Thursday night.
The Bobcats raced out to an 18-10 lead after the opening quarter. The Cavaliers fought their way back in the second quarter to cut their deficit to two, 33-31, at the half. Radford outscored Carroll County 18-10 in the third quarter and 23-14 in the fourth quarter to cruise to the 19-point win.
Connor Lundy led Carroll County with a game-high 18 points and Ryan Gravely added 15 points.
Isaiah Phillips led Radford with 13 points. Dee Cook and Deshon Devore scored 12 points apiece.
