Andrew Lucas scored a game-high 25 points as he helped lead Dayspring Christian Academy to a 58-35 boys basketball win over Parkway Christian Academy Tuesday night in Blacksburg.

Both teams finished the first quarter tied at 12. The Lions (6-1, 2-0) would start to pull away in the second half, as they claimed the victory.

Hunter Hite led Parkway with 11 points.

Drew Smith added 10 points for Dayspring.
