North Cross defeated Carlisle 11-4 in a VIC baseball quarterfinal game Tuesday afternoon in Roanoke.

Craig Hoelzer allowed only four hits and struck out seven, while going 3-for-3 at the plate with three RBIs and one home run to lead the Raiders (15-4, 10-2). Thomas Weaver and Sam Lawrence also had home runs for North Cross.
