In Western Valley District volleyball action, Franklin County claimed a 25-9, 25-15 and 25-10 win over George Washington Thursday night in Rocky Mount.
Ashley Searing led the Eagles (12-10, 5-2 WVD) with eight kills, four assists, four digs, and one ace. Brittany Jacobs chipped in with eight kills, four blocks, two assists and two aces.
