Patrick Henry laid claim to its seventh-straight Western Valley District regular season  volleyball title with a 25-20, 25-21 and 25-18 win over Halifax County Thursday night.

Sarah Miller led the Patriots (14-10, 7-0 WVD) with 17 kills. Abby Wolpart recorded 10 kills and Caroline Brailsford finished with 26 assists and three kills.
