With six returning golfers, Patrick Henry, under a new head coach, is looking to improve on last year's third place finish in the Western Valley District, which has been dominated by Franklin County.

Returning for the Patriots are seniors Rob Floyd and Trevor Langon, juniors Joe Jarvis, Elijah Tacket and James Frankl, along with freshman Hill Dohnihe.

Newscomers to the team include feshman Taylor Martin, sophomore Blake Brown, junior Preston Martin and Will Perry an eighth-grader on the JV team.

"The team has a great deal of young talent that looks to help the team this year and in the future," said first-year coach Terry Mills.

The new coach went on to say, "I think it is very reasonable for us to expect to finish second in the district this year if the boys play to their ability."
