Patrick Henry pulled away in the second half to claim a 59-33 non-district girls basketball win over E.C. Glass Tuesday night in Roanoke.

The Patriots (1-0), who led 24-19 at the break, outscored the Hilltoppers 35-14 in the second half to march their way to victory.

Shakia Salters led Patrick Henry with a game-high 16 points, seven rebounds, six assists and six steals. Zaynah Stephens tossed in 14 points, while ShaBria Smith and Jewell Parfitt finished with 10 points apiece.
