In a game that was basically over by the half, Patrick Henry cruised to a lopsided 69-31 non-district girl's basketball win over Cave Spring Friday night.
The Patriots (5-0) marched out to a 25-7 lead after the opening quarter and increased their advantage to 41-13 at the half. Things didn't get any better for the Knights (0-7) in the second half, as Patrick Henry continued to dominate for the 38-point win at home.
Hailey Sitze led Cave Spring with 13 points.
Jasmine Keeling led Patrick Henry with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Zaynah Stephens contributed a game-high 16 points and Jewell Parfitt tallied 15 points and five steals.
